Reception

The welcome, and the brain of the building

What stands out
  • One RTI interface at reception controls every zone in the building, from music to the video wall.
  • A 136 inch Hisense LED wall with WyreStorm NHD multiview shows live content, signage and source previews on a single canvas.
  • Sonance Professional Series ceiling speakers run discreetly through the space, fed from a Sonos streaming source.
How it is used

Reception doubles as the master control point. The RTI processor in the rack drives every zone, so a single member of staff can set the mood across the whole studio without leaving the desk. The NHD video wall is the headline visual, switchable between signage, a live camera feed from the Theatre and any connected source.

Social Space

Social Space

Where conversations happen

What stands out
  • Sonance Professional Series delivers even, full coverage so conversation flows at any volume.
  • A dedicated Sonance subwoofer adds warmth without dominating the room.
  • Streamed from Sonos and controlled from the same RTI system as the rest of the building.
How it is used

The social space shows how distributed audio should feel: present everywhere, obvious nowhere. Guests can hold a conversation comfortably while music fills the room evenly, with no hotspots under a speaker and no thin patches between them.

Atrium
03 / 10 · Landscape and outdoor audio, indoors

Atrium

Outdoor solutions, designed to disappear

What stands out
  • Blaze Audio corner speakers tuck into the structure and disappear into the space, rather than sitting on show.
  • A James Loudspeaker subwoofer built into a planter, hidden inside a custom wooden surround so it blends completely into the space.
  • Weather-rated kit, run as its own zone, proving outdoor solutions can look as good as they sound.
How it is used

The atrium is where we show outdoor and landscape solutions working in a real planted space. The clever part is what you do not notice: Blaze corner speakers designed to disappear into the structure and a James subwoofer concealed inside a planter and a bespoke wooden surround, giving even, natural sound with nothing on display.

Workshop
04 / 10 · Presentation, capture and conferencing

Workshop

Training and presentation, camera ready

What stands out
  • A WyreStorm matrix lets any source reach the display, with a laptop input for guest presenters.
  • Yamaha ADECIA table microphones and a Vaddio RoboSHOT camera make every session conference and capture ready.
  • Sonance Professional Series provides clear speech reinforcement, with a Blaze amplifier on demo.
How it is used

The Workshop is built for live training. Presenters walk in, plug a laptop into the WyreStorm switch and they are on the 86 inch display in seconds. Yamaha ADECIA mics pick up the room for remote attendees while the Vaddio RoboSHOT follows the action, all sent over a single network rather than a tangle of cables.

Theatre
05 / 10 · The flagship technical space

Theatre

Cinema, presentation and broadcast in one room

What stands out
  • A full Sonance Professional Series array with dual subwoofers delivers true cinema level sound.
  • Sennheiser SpeechLine wireless and Vaddio cameras turn it into a broadcast grade live stream studio.
  • Lutron lighting on Dante and dual 100 inch Hisense displays, all driven from one RTI interface.
How it is used

The Theatre is the most capable room in the building and the best story to tell. It plays a film at reference volume, hosts a presentation from the lectern, and live streams the whole thing to camera and to overflow rooms, without changing setup. Audio, video, mics, lighting and streaming all sit on the network and answer to a single RTI control layer. The schematic shows exactly how the signal flows.

Meeting Room 1
06 / 10 · Teams ready, one touch

Meeting Room 1

The boardroom that just works

What stands out
  • Microsoft Teams on a Vaddio IntelliSHOT auto tracking camera with Yamaha ADECIA audio.
  • Sonance Professional Series with a custom-print James Loudspeaker subwoofer, finished to match the room.
  • An RTI touchpanel and Lutron lighting bring the whole room up with a single press.
How it is used

Meeting Room 1 is the boardroom benchmark. Walk in, tap the RTI panel and the displays wake, the blinds and lights set themselves and Teams is ready on the auto tracking camera. The James custom-print subwoofer is finished to disappear into the room, so the audio is felt rather than seen.

Meeting Room 2
07 / 10 · Big-room experience, small footprint

Meeting Room 2

Compact, refined, fully automated

What stands out
  • Sonance and James Loudspeaker combine for full, natural sound in a small room.
  • A Yamaha CS-800 all-in-one videobar keeps the conferencing kit to a single tidy device.
  • Lutron handles lighting, a Dali centre fitting, dimming, an Alisse keypad and a Palladiom blind together.
How it is used

Meeting Room 2 shows how much capability fits into a compact space. A single Yamaha CS-800 videobar covers camera and conferencing, while Sonance and James speakers give it audio quality you would expect from a far larger room. Lutron ties the lighting, blind and keypad into one calm, automated scene.

Kitchen
08 / 10 · Streaming made effortless

Kitchen

Everyday audio, beautifully simple

What stands out
  • Sonance Professional Series ceiling speakers give the kitchen even, room-filling sound.
  • A James Loudspeaker subwoofer adds depth you do not expect from a kitchen system.
  • Stream straight from Sonos, controlled from the same building-wide interface.
How it is used

The kitchen is the easy win in any project. Discreet Sonance ceiling speakers and a James subwoofer turn it into a space people gravitate to, with music that simply works from a phone or the central system.

Meeting PodHolding image

Meeting Pod

Grab a seat, share a screen, go

What stands out
  • A WyreStorm Apollo videobar puts camera, audio and switching in one device.
  • The DG-2 wireless casting dongle shares any laptop screen with no cables.
  • Ideal for the quick, unplanned meeting that should not need a booking or a technician.
How it is used

The Meeting Pod answers the most common request in commercial AV: somewhere two or three people can sit down and share a screen immediately. The WyreStorm Apollo bar and DG-2 casting dongle make it genuinely walk-up, with nothing to plug in and nothing to learn.

The Rack
10 / 10 · Where it all comes together

The Rack

The brains behind every room

What stands out
  • RTI processing and Lutron RA3 give the whole building one coherent control and lighting brain.
  • RIVI and Ruckus networking carry Dante audio and NHD video over IP, kept separate from general traffic.
  • Blaze Audio amplification and a Yamaha commercial matrix power and route audio across every zone.
How it is used

Every room in this guide ends here. The rack is the part clients never see and integrators judge you on. RTI and Lutron run control and lighting, RIVI and Ruckus carry Dante and AV over IP on a properly designed network, and Blaze amplifiers with a Yamaha commercial matrix drive the audio. It is the difference between a collection of products and a system.
